Healthy Train Update!
Just finished another week of eating raw foods & lots of greens.
- Lost another 3 pounds this week!
- Total pounds lost: 22 pounds!
- Only 8 pounds left to meet my initial goal to lose 30 pounds.
- Since I gained 40 pounds in medical school, I will reassess after I meet my initial goal to see if I need to lose the last 10 pounds!
