I’m working with this nurse who keeps telling me to “relax” and to “calm down.” She told me that I don’t have to be so hyper and excited all the time to which I said, “why not!” I went to fake pee so I could get away from her for a bit. When I came back she started teaching me breathing exercises! I’m in hell!

A man came into the ER with slurred speech, drooping of half of his face & the inability to move the right side of his body. Turned out he was having a stroke. Made me really sad. Thought about my mom a lot. I hope she gets stronger & better with each day that passes.
